At Perceptive Leaders, we use a variety of assessment methods and instruments. 

 

Assessment instruments are used to increase understanding of self, of others, and of the team or organization.  This information, combined with conversation and reflection, can be instrumental in increasing awareness and focusing and directing a leader’s professional development. 

 

All of the assessment instruments we use are grounded in empirically proven models and are psychometrically sound.  Our consultants are licensed in a variety of assessment instruments and will work with you to select those that will best suit your specific needs.
