Anne DeFrancesco

Simply put, Anne’s mission is to develop exceptional leaders by cultivating their drive to do “good work”. Anne’s work is grounded in the belief that leaders best serve themselves, their businesses, their organizations and those that count on them by leveraging the power of insight; bringing their leadership impact into clear focus.

Anne brings to her practice over 25 years of experience as a corporate executive, leadership consultant and executive coach. Her leadership roles have included Senior Vice President Training and Development, Bank of Ireland/First Holdings; Vice President Human Resources, American International Group; and Human Resource Development Manager, Wang Laboratories.

Since founding DeFrancesco Consulting in 1996, Anne has served more than 100 companies in 35 countries. Her clients have included Medtronic, Philips, Lennox, the United Nations, the International Committee of the Red Cross, Harvard Medical School, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, L.L. Bean, HP Hood, Diamond Healthcare, and others.

In addition to her successful consulting work, Anne is a member of the Arbella Insurance Board of Directors; named the 2018 Private Company Board of the Year by The National Association of Corporate Directors.

Education/Certifications/Training

Anne holds a master’s degree in career and organizational development from Northeastern University, and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Boston College.

Anne uses a comprehensive suite of leadership assessments and is a master consultant with Management Research Group, an international leader in psychometric assessments and research.

Personal

She lives in New Hampshire, enjoys cooking, scuba diving and driving her sports car.
