Patricia Sandler

Patricia brings to her teaching and coaching significant international and interdisciplinary experience in academics, entrepreneurship, and the arts. She is deeply committed to helping others develop the skills to think and act critically, forge innovative careers, and excel in their leadership.

A creative and strategic thinker, she analyzes and synthesizes ideas from multiple perspectives. While building collaborative teams with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, and whether teaching or mentoring others, her passion is to reframe and challenge assumptions that keep us stuck, find insightful connections among seemingly unrelated ideas, and link people with resources previously unimagined.

Patricia has held faculty and administrative positions in private universities (Northwestern University, Tufts University), public institutions (University of Colorado at Boulder; University of California, Berkeley; University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and Virginia Tech), and liberal arts colleges (Colorado College). Most recently, she was the Director of Integrated Professional Development for Academic Impressions.
